Paul Jobson

Chief Executive Officer
Paul's most recent experience was with Bouygues UK as their Commercial Director responsible for all Education projects prior to Financial Close including all of the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme having also delivered major Healthcare PFI schemes. Besides this he sat on the Company's Executive Committee with specific responsibility across the Company for improving Knowledge Sharing as well as Contact with Universities and Industry Institutions.
He has worked for several major UK contractors in positions ranging from Site Engineer, through Site Management, Design Management and Designer since graduating from Kingston University in 1994 as a Civil Engineer.
Not content to rest on his laurels Paul has continued to study extensively throughout his career graduating with Distinction from his MSc in Structural Engineering & Construction Management and his MBA with Commendation. Along the way he has also found time to undertake an MSc in Medical Physics, fulfilling a long-held ambition.
Paul has delivered presentations on the Private Finance Initiative and Tender Management to both industry and academic audiences, has lectured for universities in England, France and the Netherlands, as well as carrying-out his own academic work on modelling risks and contingencies and his latest research study investigating non-price client tender decisions based on extensive industry surveys. Live testing of his resultant utility model is due to begin shortly.

Office Manager and PA to Chair and CEO
Denise is an experienced PA and Office Manager with over 20 years’ experience of working in both public and private sectors. Having been with the company since it started in 2003, Denise has played an integral part in the organisation and structure within BDH Community Ventures, helping the company to evolve seamlessly and implementing new administrative procedures and processes.
Denise is a pro-active and involved member of the team, who has helped to manage the production and displays of art work in all of our Health Centres, helping the company in its social enterprise and outreach into local communities.
