Carolyn Evans

Project Manager

Carolyn's most recent role is as Head of Consulting at BDH Community Ventures, a highly successful Construction & Property Services company in North East London. Joining the Company in its first year of trading as a new entity, Carolyn set up and established a Management Consultancy business unit which doubled in size within a year.

Prior to this Carolyn worked for over 2 years as a Project Manager for EC Harris in their Asset and Facilities Management department, working as a consultant Project Manager for both public and private clients offering Workplace Transformation and Estates Optimisation services. Clients included the Department of Health, Office of Fair Trading, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, NHS Kent & Medway and the Dutch Embassy.

Previously she worked on a range of contracts as an interim Client Project Manager for a portfolio of projects including fit-out, refurbishment, IT implementation, relocation and workplace change management.

Carolyn has experience from both client and consultant perspective enabling her to empathise with Client's needs and establish and maintain good relationships and repeat business.

She continues to study throughout her career and is currently studying Engineering during a BSc in Natural Sciences with the Open University.

Katy Ducker

Assistant Project Manager

Katy is a talented Assistant Project Manager who has worked on a range of Health Care projects including the production of Business Cases for new Health Care Buildings and GP Surgeries; Strategic Planning and Feasibility Studies.

Katy has also recently managed a marketing review and re-launch for the Company including a logo refresh, producing all printed material, new website and conference banner stands.

Prior to this Katy worked for the Strategic Services department for the London Borough of Redbridge reviewing and implementing policies and procedures.

As a student Katy was awarded a scholarship by the Business in Education Initiative (BEI) Programme and studied Business and Economics in Pennsylvania, USA. She achieved a distinction from the British Council for her BEI scholarship and was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year 2008.
