Simon Waters

Senior Project Manager

Simon is a pro-active Project Manager with over 18 years' active experience covering a wide variety of construction projects, from healthcare and commercial through to retail and social housing developments. 

His client-focused approach ensures that the client is able to achieve all their goals, while maintaining strict budgetary control.  Simon builds strong relationships with all the parties concerned in order to bring the project forward with minimum conflict.

Simon has a successful track record of delivering projects from inception through to practical completion, acting as a central hub for the co-ordination of the project team.

Ana Orban

Deputy Project Manager

Ana is a skilled Deputy Project Manager with experience of Health Care projects in both Estates Management and Construction.

She has successfully managed several phases of Infection Control and DDA access upgrade works to local Health Centres, GP and Dental Practices including subcontractor management and budgetary control creating a 5% saving to the Client.  She has also managed a Facilities Management PQQ and tender process which produced projected savings of over £1m a year for the Client.  She establishes and maintains good working relationships with both Clients and colleagues.

As a student Ana specialised in Financial and Business Management and was a student representative and AIESEC Team Leader (International Association of Students in Economics & Business Management).
