Mike Sherlock

Operations Manager

Mike's most recent role is as Head of Asset Management for BDH Community Ventures, a highly successful Estate and Property Services company in North East London.  He has been with the company for 3 years managing a portfolio of £60m of local estate and providing other estate related services such as Strategic Planning and Estate Surveys.

Mike is a highly experienced property manager with over 25-years' experience in international project and operational management.  He was engaged for 18-years as Director of Corporate Services at Fidelity Investments responsible for Property Acquisitions, Project Management and Corporate Services in 23 countries worldwide.

Mike is adept in a range of property, facilities, security and corporate service disciplines including managing and directing construction, fit-out and relocation projects in the Healthcare, Commercial and Residential sectors for Public clients and Blue Chip Financial and IT organisations.

Mike's diverse experience enables him to work across many disciplines and his proficiency in contractor management generates economies for Company and clients fostering excellent working relationships.

Ana Orban

Deputy Project Manager

Ana is a skilled Deputy Project Manager with experience of Health Care projects in both Estates Management and Construction.

She has successfully managed several phases of Infection Control and DDA access upgrade works to local Health Centres, GP and Dental Practices including subcontractor management and budgetary control creating a 5% saving to the Client.  She has also managed a Facilities Management PQQ and tender process which produced projected savings of over £1m a year for the Client. She establishes and maintains good working relationships with both Clients and colleagues.

As a student Ana specialised in Financial and Business Management and was a student representative and AIESEC Team Leader (International Association of Students in Economics & Business Management).
